Mission
Learmpower Initiative For Empowerment is a Nigerian nonprofit organisation working to close the gap between talent and opportunity. We believe employment-ready skills, not just credentials, are what open real doors for Nigerians seeking work in today's economy. Through the Learmpower Guild platform, we train participants in employment-ready tech skills, give them a way to prove those skills with real work, and connect them directly with organisations that are hiring.

How we are funded
Our programmes are free to participants. Learmpower sustains its work through optional verified certificate fees, which help cover the cost of reviewing proof of work, and through grants and donations from partner organisations and individual supporters.
