Learmpower Initiative For Empowerment, effective for accounts registered on the Learmpower Guild platform.
Free programme access
Every programme on the Learmpower Guild platform is free to join and free to complete. We do not charge for enrolment, lessons, stage tests, or programme finals. Nothing on this platform requires payment to access.
Your account and conduct
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when you register, and for keeping your account credentials secure. The Guild includes a community space for participants to support one another. When you use it, you agree to communicate respectfully, to submit your own work as your own, and not to use the platform to harass, deceive, or misrepresent yourself to other participants, coaches, or organisations. We may suspend or remove an account that violates these terms.
Reviewed proof of work
Certain programmes ask you to submit real work as proof of what you have learned. A coach reviews that submission before a certificate is issued. Review takes real human time, so it is not instant, and a coach may ask you to revise your submission before it is approved. Submitting work that is not your own, or that you do not have the right to submit, is a violation of these terms.
Optional certificate fee
Completing a programme and having your proof of work reviewed does not require payment. Some certificate tiers offer an optional, verified certificate for a small fee. That fee helps sustain our free programmes and supports the cost of coach review. It does not buy a certificate outright: you still have to complete the programme and, where applicable, have your proof of work reviewed and approved before a certificate is issued. Paying the fee does not guarantee approval.
Visibility to hiring organisations
Participants with a verified proof of skill may be made discoverable to organisations that are hiring, through a public profile and a readiness score. This visibility is opt-in: it is based on information you choose to make public, and you can withdraw that visibility at any time from your account settings. Non-discrimination
Learmpower serves all participants without discrimination on any basis, including ethnicity, religion, gender, or disability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
